Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with at least five years' relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showing exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
• Experience in high-end residential, hospitality or commercial architecture.
• Excellent technical detailing and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3 to 5.
• Confident coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative approach.
• Genuine passion for architecture, interiors, materials and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects through the RIBA stages.
• Develop design proposals with strong attention to detail, materials and craftsmanship.
• Produce and oversee technical packages and construction details (Stages 3–5).
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to international hotel projects alongside the London portfolio.
• Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits.
• Make sure projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality and detail.
