Job summary

Qualifications
- ARB-registered Architect with a recognised UK qualification.
- Post-qualification experience in a UK practice.
- Experience taking projects through the full RIBA Plan of Work.
- Delivery of complex retail/commercial schemes desirable.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning procedures and Building Regulations.
- Excellent design development, detailing, and coordination.
- Proven client communication and multidisciplinary team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
- Manage design development, coordination and programme delivery.
- Prepare planning submissions and technical information for Building Regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and teams.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and quality.
- Lead project teams to deliver schemes on time and within budget.
