Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Project/Senior Account Manager to join our global tech client team. You’ll lead end-to-end projects from briefing to delivery across digital, social, print and in-store assets, ensuring on-brand quality and timely outputs.

The role requires 5+ years in account or project management within tech/telecom or retail marketing, plus strong Deutsch and English communication, ownership, and agile resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency setting with focus on technology, telecommunications or retail marketing.
• Ownership mentality; you act as the engine of your projects and drive them forward independently.
• Resilience and agility in a fast-paced environment with tight release cycles.
• Problem-solving skills; you adapt quickly to new tools and processes to proactively remove blockers.
• Strong German and English communication are essential for daily coordination in this international setup.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End project responsibility: manage projects from briefing through concepting to final asset delivery (digital, social, print & stores).
• Proactive advising: act as a sparring partner, anticipate needs and challenge briefs.
• Stakeholder management: work with internal teams and external partners to define and meet scope, budgets and timelines.
• Quality assurance: ensure assets meet brand guidelines and reflect excellence expected of a leading tech brand.
