Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, is hiring a Solution Design Architect to shape new business through operating models, workflows and commercial structures across advertising and marketing channels. You will lead client discussions with senior stakeholders and translate challenges into practical designs.

You will work across Europe, comfortable with travel, bringing expertise in data, technology, and commercial modelling to ensure what is pitched is delivered.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in solution design, consulting, strategy, operations or similar in advertising, marketing, media or marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and solution design element of new client pitches to senior stakeholders (CMOs, marketing leadership).
• Formulate solutions in real-time during pitches and workshops, staying commercially sharp.
• Own conversations on technology and data when specialists aren’t present and guide when needed.
