Job summary

The Scale Factory Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead end-to-end QA and testing governance for a strategic multi-system transformation across CRM, SAP S/4HANA, MDM, AIS and Swiss legacy systems. Hybrid working with start ASAP for initial 3 months.

You will direct complex testing streams across SIT, UAT, E2E, NFT/OAT and data migration, establish quality gates, manage risk and defects, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Programme Test Manager on large-scale transformations.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, E2E, NFT/OAT and data migration testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and report to execs.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain the overarching Test Strategy and framework across all phases of the programme.
• Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, E2E, NFT/OAT and Data Migration Testing.
• Establish quality gates and release criteria for production readiness.
• Oversee defect management, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, SI partners, and internal delivery teams to ensure quality standards.
