Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager to lead testing across major SAP transformation programmes. You will own the test strategy, governance, and delivery, working with programme leadership and clients from bid stage through to completion.

The role requires deep SAP testing expertise, end-to-end testing delivery, and the use of automation and AI-enabled approaches to drive quality. Hybrid London-based position with UK travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading testing workstreams on large SAP transformations.
• Deep understanding of SAP testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience defining test strategies and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior client teams.
• Consulting experience in a SI or SAP-focused organisation.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and modern testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the testing strategy for SAP transformation programmes.
• Lead the full testing lifecycle from unit to SIT, UAT and go-live readiness.
• Manage testing teams across multiple workstreams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide guidance on testing best practices.
• Contribute to bids and pre-sales activities.
• Drive adoption of test automation and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
• Ensure QA standards and governance throughout delivery.
