Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager to lead testing across major SAP transformation programmes. You will own the test strategy, governance, and delivery, working with programme leadership and clients from bid stage through to completion.

The role requires deep SAP testing expertise, end-to-end testing delivery, and the use of automation and AI-enabled approaches to drive quality. Hybrid London-based position with UK travel.

Senior SAP Test Manager

Location: London (Hybrid) with travel to client sites across the UK as required

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Testing professional to lead testing across large-scale SAP transformation programmes. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of test strategy, governance and delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across complex enterprise SAP implementations.You will work closely with programme leadership, delivery teams and clients from bid stage through to programme completion, helping shape testing approaches and driving quality throughout the transformation lifecyclelifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the testing strategy for large SAP transformation programmes.
• Lead the full testing lifecyclelifecycle from unit testing through to system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UATUAT) and go-live readiness.
• Manage testing teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreamsworkstreams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance on testing best practice.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and prepre-sales activities.
• Drive the adoption of test automation and innovative testing approaches, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
• Ensure quality assurance standards and governance are maintained throughout programme delivery.

About You

Essential Experience

• Proven track record leading testing workstreamsworkstreams on large SAP transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of SAP testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Experience defining test strategies and managing end-to-end testing delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client and programme leadership teams.
• Consulting experience gained within a consultancy, systems integrator or specialist SAP-focused organisation.
• Experience across multiple complex IT transformation programmes.
• Practical knowledge of test automation frameworks and modern testing approaches.
