Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Programme & Project Management team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will drive delivery of complex built environment programmes across energy, water and transport sectors, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

You will build strong client relationships, develop targeted propositions, and win work while advising on delivery strategy and leading project teams to high standards of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building long-lasting client relationships, developing targeted propositions and winning work.
• Ability to advise on project delivery strategy, leading project teams to deliver high client satisfaction.
• Proven capability in programme and project management across complex built environment programmes (energy, water, transport).
• Experience with knowledge transfer and capacity building with client teams.
• Experience on politically complex programmes and engagement with client boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and oversight of all aspects of project and programme delivery.
• Represent Arup as the day-to-day project manager on diverse projects.
• Support major project delivery and business development activities for infrastructure clients.
