Job summary

Arup is a global consultancy delivering advisory and technical expertise across 150 disciplines. Our graduate Programme and Project Management team works with clients to deliver complex infrastructure and property projects from inception to completion.

You will support project managers, coordinate information, and help create dashboards and controls while attending team and client meetings. A bachelor’s degree and UK work eligibility are required, with up to 12 months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• Experience with Power BI; Primavera P6; SharePoint.
• Full working rights in the country of application; No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role; Recently graduated or on track to graduate before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of complex projects and programmes as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of quality and client service.
• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project management activities, including programme, risk and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate project information and communications, ensuring effective information flow across project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project monitoring, progress reporting and performance tracking, including the development of dashboards and project controls.
• Attend and participate in client, project, design and delivery team meetings, supporting collaboration and successful project outcomes.
