Job summary

Right to Succeed seeks a Senior Programme Officer based in Crewe to support high quality local programme delivery. You will act as the reliable point of contact for schools, external partners and agencies, ensuring smooth coordination and strong relationships across the programme.

The role covers discovery and delivery phases, starting with local schools and expanding to communities, with regular travel across the North West as required.

Job description

Contract type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday

Salary: Grade 4 £30,570 - £33,062 FTE salary, (5% employer pension contribution, Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus bank holidays)

Location: This role will be based in the Crewe, with regular travel around Crewe and occasional travel to programmes in the North West and to other areas, as required

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expert organisational and people skills who will be the reliable, positive, “go-to” person for our programmes in Crewe, playing a pivotal role in supporting high quality local programme delivery and fostering positive relationships with schools, external partners and agencies.

As a Senior Programme Officer, you will play an integral role in supporting staff in the Crewe programme to deliver a high quality programme with maximum impact. You will be required to support the local schools initially, then progress to supporting the communities through the initial discovery and thereafter move to delivery phase. There will be additional responsibilities for the delivery of key work streams.
