Sweco UK is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the engineering design delivery for a portfolio of water recycling projects in the West region. You will head up a multi-disciplinary team, driving innovative, low-carbon and sustainable solutions that enhance wastewater treatment performance.

You’ll work collaboratively across the @one Alliance, championing new ways of working, leveraging digital engineering (including 3D modelling) and delivering value through collaboration with

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Chartered, or working towards Chartered status.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams on capital projects.
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations and design responsibilities.
• Experience in the water sector or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead design delivery across water recycling and wastewater projects.
• Develop and manage Engineering Project Plans (scope, programme, cost, risk, resources).
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders to integrate designs.
• Drive low-carbon, affordable, sustainable solutions.
