Accenture UK is seeking a Programme Manager to lead data migration programmes within our UK Insurance Practice. You will direct multi-workstream delivery across Life, Pensions and Retail Investments, engaging with senior sponsors and governance forums to secure outcomes.

Pensions data migration expertise is highly valued and expected. This role requires mobility between Bath and London offices, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing data migration programmes within financial services.
• Strong track record as a Programme Manager on complex technology-enabled transformations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and senior-level reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to work across multi-workstream delivery teams.
• Pensions administration or data processes knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a complex, multi-workstream migration programme.
• Establish and lead programme governance and risk management.
• Manage budgets, milestones and delivery predictability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Guide supplier and third-party delivery dependencies.
• Provide leadership during critical events such as cutover and go-live.
• Mentor and develop managers and delivery leads.
