Job summary

Ventula Consulting Ltd. seeks an experienced Programme Manager with deep card issuing expertise to drive multi-programme migrations onto our strategic issuing/payments platform.

You will own migration strategy, client engagement, and executive stakeholder management, bridging business, product, technology and operations with zero tolerance for disruption. Hybrid role with 1–2 days per week in Central London office; extensive cross-country/regulatory migration exposure and proven leadership of

Qualifications

• Direct card issuing experience and understanding of BIN sponsorship, processor migrations, card program transitions.
• Proven track record across multiple migrations (processor-to-processor, platform modernisation, acquisition integration, multi-BIN consolidation).
• Leadership of large-scale client migration programmes in payments, fintech, banking or regulated financial services.
• Strong commercial and client leadership across enterprise/strategic accounts with migration-related renegotiation and churn risk management.
• Experience running complex cross-functional transformation programmes spanning product, tech, and operations.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder management across executive, commercial and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own migration strategy and client engagement from inception to adoption.
• Act as bridge between commercial, product, technology and operations teams.
• Represent the business and its clients with zero tolerance for cardholder disruption or revenue leakage.
• Manage migration risk, readiness, and client transition in fast-paced environments.
