Overview

Our client, a leading Executive Education provider, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of world-class learning experiences. The role involves working closely with faculty, clients, and colleagues to lead continuous improvement across the programme portfolio. It combines project management, people leadership, and change delivery, ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence and impactful learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programme delivery across a portfolio of executive education offerings, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and high-quality client experiences.
  • Champion continuous improvement by promoting innovation, automation, and data-informed decision-making across teams and processes.
  • Act as a change agent, embedding new systems and ways of working, and ensuring alignment between operational delivery and strategic transformation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Programme Managers, setting high standards in project planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships, working closely with faculty, clients, and service providers to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Ensure financial oversight, including budget tracking, cost control, and liaison with finance for invoicing and payments.
  • Support data analysis and reporting, delivering insights for audits, rankings, and senior leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for in-person and virtual programmes.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, operations, and change implementation.
  • Experience supporting or delivering change initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service with a user-focused approach.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Effective at identifying challenges and contributing to practical solutions.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and supporting collaboration.
  • Confident in communicating technical and process information clearly to diverse audiences.
