Our client, a leading Executive Education provider, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of world-class learning experiences. The role involves working closely with faculty, clients, and colleagues to lead continuous improvement across the programme portfolio.

This is a hands-on, dynamic position combining project management, people leadership, and change delivery, ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence and impactful learning.

Senior Programme Manager: Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programme delivery across a portfolio of executive education offerings, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and high-quality client experiences.
  • Champion continuous improvement by promoting innovation, automation, and data-informed decision-making across teams and processes.
  • Act as a change agent, embedding new systems and ways of working, and ensuring alignment between operational delivery and strategic transformation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Programme Managers, setting high standards in project planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships, working closely with faculty, clients, and service providers to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Ensure financial oversight, including budget tracking, cost control, and liaison with finance for invoicing and payments.
  • Support data analysis and reporting, delivering insights for audits, rankings, and senior leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for in-person and virtual programmes.
