Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are partnering with a manufacturing business to recruit a Programme Manager. This senior role oversees a multi-site programme across the UK, driving cost reduction, inventory management and supplier relationships.

Based in Warrington and commutable to multiple UK sites, you will lead Engineering/Maintenance and Storeroom operations, mentor staff and ensure project deliverables are achieved with regular travel Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Background as Programme Manager or similar
• Background in manufacturing and supply chain or similar
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel between multiple UK sites
• Commutable to Warrington

Responsibilities

• Managing cost reduction initiatives and ensuring all programme deliverables are achieved
• Oversee Engineering / Maintenance and Factory Consumables Storeroom operations
• Managing and mentoring staff to ensure best practices are maintained
• Managing inventory, material handling and storeroom processes
• Regular travel between multiple UK sites Mon-Fri
