Acorn by Synergie seeks an experienced Integrated Supply Program Manager to lead multi-site supply programmes across UK manufacturing sites. Based in Warrington, regular travel between customer locations is required to ensure service delivery and relationships.

You will drive continuous improvement, identify cost reduction opportunities, and deliver measurable business value while coordinating engineering stores and inventory processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated supply programmes, engineering stores, MRO operations, or manufacturing support functions.
• Proven track record of delivering cost reduction programmes and OSS improvements.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated supply programmes across multiple UK manufacturing sites with contractual deliverables.
• Travel regularly between customer sites to support operations and maintain relationships.
• Oversee engineering stores, maintenance, and factory consumables storerooms; ensure inventory management.
