Job summary

MBDA UK is recruiting for a transversal Project Management role within the Poland Programme Office, offering a dynamic and challenging environment across a multi-functional, international organisation. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead projects from a business perspective, and drive delivery across UK and European contracts.

The role will require travel and BPSS security checks, while you collaborate across programmes, finance, and technical teams to manage ICT for key

Qualifications

• Experience in Project/Programme Management, ideally in a matrix organisation.
• Strong risk management skills and experience.
• Sound business judgement with ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Experience in financial forecasting and budget management across multiple workstreams.
• Confidence in leading and engaging stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to embrace new challenges and deal with ambiguity.
• Experience leading projects from a business perspective, including EVM, schedule adherence and schedule risk assessments.
• Bidding and estimating experience.
• Negotiating and influencing with internal and external collaborators.
