Job summary

MBDA is seeking an experienced Project/Programme Manager in the UK to support the Poland Programme Office. You will lead on key contracts, manage risks and budgets, and coordinate across international teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role offers hybrid working (1–2 days on-site), security requirements for UK nationals, and a generous bonus potential. A clear path for progression and exposure to accredited project management qualifications is provided.

Qualifications

• Extensive project/programme management experience, ideally in a matrix organisation.
• Strong risk and financial forecasting skills with budget oversight.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional working groups and stakeholders.
• Experience with EVM, schedule adherence and schedule risk assessments.
• Bidding, estimating and negotiation experience are advantageous.
• Ambition to drive innovation and share standard methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across programmes, finance, and operations.
• Support delivery of MBDA Polska initiatives and ICT transitions.
• Travel semi-regularly to deepen understanding of facilities and stakeholders.
