Formación

• Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent (APM PMQ, PMP)
• Agile project management or Scrum certification (AgilePM, PSM, CSM)
• 10+ years' experience managing software/technology change projects
• Proven track record delivering on time, budget and quality
• Experience in Agile or hybrid (Agile + waterfall) environments
• Experience reporting to senior stakeholders and executives
• Strong planning, risk management and change control skills
• Experience in a PMO environment with governance and reporting
• Experience using AI tools in daily work and applying them responsibly

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, objectives and success criteria with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain plans, schedules, milestones and roadmaps with dependencies.
• Estimate budgets and track forecast vs actual spend.
• Produce business cases and initiation documents for project size.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams and assign work by skills and capacity.
• Collaborate with Implementation Analysts, Product Owners/Managers and dev teams.
• Oversee daily progress and resolve blockers; escalate when needed.
• Run change control and assess impact of changes for governance.
