Bury Council is seeking a construction project professional to deliver a multi-year programme across its estate. You will manage projects from early definition through planning, procurement, delivery, handover and close-out.
You will coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure safe, high-quality, value-for-money outcomes, planning works around live services and supporting education and frontline services as required.

You will bring practical construction knowledge, sound judgement and the drive to move projects forward. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and working across a broad portfolio, while maintaining attention to quality, safety, programme, budget and stakeholder needs.
You will join a close-knit, well-balanced team and be supported by experienced managers and colleagues. The role offers broad exposure to the Council’s property estate and the opportunity to develop your project delivery experience in a supportive environment.
