Qualifications

• 12–15+ years' experience delivering complex programmes within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience leading technology, data, regulatory, or business transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale strategic programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Manage integrated programme plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resources and budgets.
• Provide leadership across Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations and PMO functions.
• Drive governance through Steering Committees, Programme Boards and executive reporting.
