Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an Infrastructure Technical Project Delivery Manager in Sheffield to lead large-scale virtualization and infrastructure transformation programmes across the bank's landscape. Role demands strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and proven delivery of complex initiatives.

The position involves planning, governance, and resulting in secure, compliant delivery within budget and timelines. Three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile Practitioner or MSP.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• ITIL Foundation or higher
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• SAFe or Agile certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and operational handover.
• Manage virtualisation, migration, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and governance artefacts.
• Ensure delivery against scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Drive proactive management of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources across infrastructure, engineering, architecture, security, operations and vendor teams.
