White & Case LLP in London seeks an Analyst, Legal Technology Training to coordinate training programs across AI platforms and Practice Technology tools. You will support planning, scheduling and delivery of high-quality, timely learning opportunities for lawyers within the Practice Solutions function.

The role focuses on driving adoption, capability, and confidence in new ways of working, with engagement across internal teams and external providers. Based in London, with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating or supporting training programs within a professional-services environment.
• Strong organisational and project-coordination skills with the ability to plan and support multiple activities to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities across seniority levels.
• Interest in working with data, including interpreting feedback and adoption metrics for decision-making.
• Attention to detail and a service mindset, delivering well-run events and learner experiences.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training-plan development and calendar for AI platforms and Practice Technology tools.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual training events and schedule onboarding sessions.
• Support reporting on training delivery, attendance and outcomes for leadership materials.
• Liaise with internal teams to organise and deliver training and engage with external providers and academic institutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for new training and continuous improvement based on feedback.
