The team has deep expertise in working with established and emerging technologies, data analytics and data science, knowledge solutions and process re-engineering. The Practice Solutions team works with our lawyers to identify innovative solutions to support our clients. The Training Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and delivery of training across our suite of AI platforms and Practice Technology tools. The role will help ensure that lawyers have access to high-quality, timely and relevant learning opportunities. Sitting within the Practice Solutions function, the Training Coordinator will contribute to driving adoption, capability and confidence in new ways of working.
The Training Coordinator will assist with maintaining a comprehensive training plan and calendar, coordinate with internal teams to schedule and support the delivery of in‑person and virtual training events, and act as a key point of coordination for AI and legal technology training activity. The role will also support engagement with external training providers and academic institutions to bring best‑in‑class learning into the Firm.
We are keen to meet individuals who thrive in a program environment and can support the planning, coordination and execution of a busy training schedule with multiple moving parts. Our approach is informed by data and feedback, and the Training Coordinator should be comfortable collating and acting on feedback and usage data to help continuously improve our training provision.

This role is based in our London office.
Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 4 days (Monday - Thursday) in the office per week.
