Job summary

Qualifications

• Programme leadership experience across multiple settings or local areas.
• Ability to translate early years policy and commissioning priorities into programmes and partnerships.
• Financial management skills and the ability to motivate a team to deliver a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead our early years activity and develop new ideas and approaches to support literacy and language in the early years.
• Create sustainable train-the-trainer and licensing models to build local capacity and maintain programme quality.
• Lead our contribution to a Nesta feasibility study for the Early Words Together programme.
