Job summary

Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd is seeking a Literacy Lead to teach and lead the literacy curriculum across KS2–KS5 within a primary setting, including SEN students. The role requires prior primary teaching experience and a strong commitment to student literacy development.

Candidates should hold QTS/QTLS or an equivalent qualification and have legal right to work in the UK, with a DBS and CV required for the application. The position offers full-time hours and competitive daily PAYE rates.

• Collaborate with SEN staff to support students with ASD, ADHD, SLD and SEMH.

About the Literacy Lead role:

This Literacy Lead role is suitable for someone who has previous experience being an Primary Teacher, prepared to go the extra mile.

This is a full-time Literacy Lead position with full teacher responsibilities. In return as an Literacy Lead, you will be paid to scale your current teaching ability.

The school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Literacy Lead to teach students from KS2 - KS5 all based at primary level abilit and comfortable working in a SEN setting with students with ASD, ADHD, SLD and SEMH. The successful candidate for this Literacy Lead role will play an important role in leading the schools Literacy curriculum.
