Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd is seeking a Literacy Lead to teach and lead the literacy curriculum across KS2–KS5 within a primary setting, including SEN students. The role requires prior primary teaching experience and a strong commitment to student literacy development.

Candidates should hold QTS/QTLS or an equivalent qualification and have legal right to work in the UK, with a DBS and CV required for the application. The position offers full-time hours and competitive daily PAYE rates.

• This role requires a QTS/QTLS or equivalent qualification with UK primary school experience.
• Experience leading literacy initiatives and curricula in a primary/SEN setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the school’s literacy curriculum and raise standards across KS2–KS5 at primary level.
• Deliver engaging literacy teaching and managed classroom responsibilities.
• Collaborate with SEN staff to support students with ASD, ADHD, SLD and SEMH.
