Job summary

Seven is seeking an experienced project director to own and manage commissions, delivering multiple medium to large scale projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive strategic delivery aligned with Seven’s processes and culture.

The role requires strong English communication, APM PMQ or equivalent accreditation, and a proactive, strategic mindset to grow the business and network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years consultancy PQE in occupier fit-out
• Proven experience leading medium to large commissions and multi-disciplinary teams
• APM PMQ qualified and/or relevant professional accreditation
• Fluent in written and spoken English (essential)
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Open-minded, adaptable and proactive to drive change
• Strategic and forward-thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
• Enjoys working with technology to improve ways of working

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage commissions, providing oversight for delivery from inception to completion with PM/APM support
• Manage client expectations and undertake stakeholder liaison
• Build strong client relationships and drive client care and feedback-driven improvements
• Create and implement strategic project programmes and delivery strategies
• Develop procurement strategies and delivery plans
• Understand RIBA stages or other delivery methodologies and progress against complex programmes
• Manage commercial aspects including resource management
• Produce concise and informative reports and promote health and safety
• Manage risk, change and value management and contracts awareness
• Lead and drive Seven's project management and collaboration platform adoption
• Line-manage APM, PM and SPM, supporting professional development
• Provide strategic insight into business strategy and lead proposals/RFPs
• Develop industry network and host meetings with clients and partners
• Encourage ESG initiatives across teams
