Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate Director to join our Programme Advisory team, driving PMO setup and delivery across major infrastructure programmes in the UK. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence client PMOs with strategic advisory.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across programme lifecycles to setup and deliver within major transformational PMOs.
• Proven leadership of large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to carry out assurance and maturity assessments of PMOs capabilities.
• Design, develop and implement a PMO inclusive of people, process and systems.
• Deliver strategic advisory services for PMO transformations including organisation design and performance improvement.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO delivery across diverse infrastructure programmes.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and internal teams.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and build capability.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and facilitate workshops (in person, virtual or hybrid).
• Support change initiatives and drive performance improvements within ambiguous environments.
