Job summary

PHD in London is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead the Programmatic+ team on a flagship Display account. You will drive end-to-end delivery, optimise client KPIs, and collaborate with vendors for access to new products and inventory.

You will coach managers, shape department priorities, and contribute to product development while upholding best practices in measurement and performance. The role requires strong leadership and deep Display expertise.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience leading a high-performing Display team.
• Strong ability to present and educate on Display concepts.
• Ability to understand client business and drive conversations with senior clients and partners.
• Excellent presentation skills to clients.
• Anticipate team needs and arrange resources accordingly.
• Influence clients through verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all display activity traded through Managed Service.
• Ensure client KPIs are optimised and meet brand-safety metrics.
• Support Head of Programmatic+ to deliver trading deals, programmatic and OMG targets.
• Lead audits and data requirements; ensure accurate data input by the team.
• Collaborate with vendors for priority access to new products and inventory.
• Provide development plans and training for Managers; identify capability gaps.
• Drive innovation through testing, audience strategies and measurement approaches.
• Develop best-practice ways of working and improve campaign performance.
• Contribute to wider Programmatic+ leadership priorities and product development.
