Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for Associate Directors to lead high-profile infrastructure projects from our London office. You will mentor teams, manage cross-disciplinary delivery, and drive strategic client solutions across utilities, water, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience across utilities/water infrastructure projects and lifecycle.
• Experience with complex procurement and NEC/other contracts.
• Strong commercial management capabilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including contractors and consultants.
• Experience in consultancy and/or client-side project management.
• Familiarity with public sector organisations relevant to infrastructure.
• Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple disciplines/teams and set strategy across infrastructure programmes.
• Provide leadership and manage performance to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing under CDM across teams.
• Anticipate client challenges and propose sustainable solutions.
• Promote inclusive teamwork and build long-term trusted advisor relationships.
• Develop client and industry partnerships and expand impact.
• Coach and mentor others and develop best practice.
