Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Manchester is seeking Associate Directors to lead complex energy and natural resources programmes. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and shape delivery across infrastructure and low carbon initiatives.

This role requires proven leadership, strong governance, and a commitment to safety. You will mentor colleagues, champion collaboration, and drive successful outcomes for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to set and monitor performance against standards.
• Strong health, safety, and wellbeing leadership with CDM understanding.
• Ability to anticipate client challenges and provide solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Experience across low carbon, clean energy and transmission sectors.
• Experience with procurement and contract management (NEC or other).
