Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to lead multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile infrastructure and energy programmes. The role focuses on strategy, client advisory, and delivery across North West projects from our Manchester office with regular client travel.

You will drive health and safety, mentor teams, and shape procurement approaches, while building trusted relationships with clients and partners across the sector.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure or energy projects across the lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to set high standards and manage performance.
• Practical CDM knowledge and applying it across teams.
• Ability to anticipate client challenges and provide solutions with a sustainable approach.
• Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure/energy projects.
• Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
• Professional affiliation with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution.
• Project management certification (APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP).
• NEC Accreditations or qualifications.
