Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Production Technician III to contribute to small-scale Production in Pilot Plant & Kilo Lab settings. You will perform batch processes and operate equipment while adhering to cGMP and SOPs, ensuring safety and compliance throughout manufacturing operations.

The role includes loading/unloading vessels, transferring materials, performing gas additions, and completing production documentation to support timely and accurate API manufacture.

Qualifications

• Follows cGMP and SOPs in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Contributes to batch production in pilot plant and kilo lab settings.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload vessels and transfer liquids/solids between vessels.
• Charge liquids and solids to a vessel and perform batch operations.
• Perform gas additions, filtering, distillations, and monitor process parameters.
• Maintain production documentation and ensure cleanliness and cGMP compliance.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and assist senior technicians as needed.
