We’re partnering with a business, who are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join their expanding team on the early shift (6am-3pm).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving performance and quality on the production line.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team
• Ensure accurate, timely assembly of Uni-System products to high standards
• Perform and document quality checks across relevant stations
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and support shift transitions
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
• Promote and maintain a safe and organised work environment
• Provide updates, performance reports, and tackle any arising issues
• Support employee development and performance within your team
• Comply with company RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience leading a manufacturing production line
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Health and safety awareness and commitment
