ASM Front-End Manufacturing Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Specialist, Production Planning to lead planning strategies ensuring on-time delivery of semiconductor equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of production planning experience in high-tech manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environments.
• Strong leadership and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Excel, and Power BI.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with numerical aptitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic production planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage BOMs, including multi-level structures for complex processes.
• Lead project analysis, demand loading, change management, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical dates such as Assembly Start, PMCD, and shipment deadlines.
• Manage engineering and configuration changes using SAP and TeamCenter.
• Drive risk mitigation via escalation management, slot swaps, and material allocation.
• Serve as primary liaison between Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
