Qualificações

• Experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with PCBA or EMS processes is preferred.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain master production schedules and daily/weekly plans for SMT, testing, and assembly lines.
• Optimise changeovers, sequencing and line utilisation to minimise downtime.
• Analyse capacity and identify bottlenecks across labour, machinery and test equipment.
• Coordinate material requirements planning and ensure components are available and kitted ahead of production.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve component shortages and minimise delays.
• Release orders, pack lists and schedule changes; run daily production meetings.
• Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery and OEE.
