Senior Production Planner

Permanent, ASAP Start. Salary dependent on experience.

Kirkbymoorside | 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon‑Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production planning across all business areas, ensuring efficient scheduling and capacity/resource planning using MRP systems.
• Generate and analyse reports, maintaining accurate KPIs to support operational performance.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, and Transport departments to align priorities and schedules for short‑, medium‑, and long‑term demand.
• Monitor material availability for works orders, review shortages, and expedite priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous MRP or ERP experience.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment/business.
• Confident communicator internally and externally.

• Overtime – time and a half Mon‑Sat and double time Sunday for salaries below £43k.
