Senior Production Operative – Ardo

Dedicated to supporting the Team Leader / Shift Manager with efficient line operation and supervisory duties. This role requires a Health & Safety Champion and a Good Manufacturing Practice Champion working on the Print floor, SCADA system, and packing lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Leader / Shift Manager for efficient line operation.
• Supervisory responsibilities for Production Operatives and Agency Staff.
• Champion Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Operate SCADA system, perform general porter duties on packing lines.
• Maintain line and personal KPIs, ensuring product quality and eliminating non-conformances.
• Implement continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Guide and coach staff, monitor performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering for preventative maintenance and breakdowns.
• Adhere to safe working practices and company policies.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader if unresolved.
