Job summary

New Appointments Group is recruiting a Process Operations Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business in Rochester. You will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing team within a fast-paced production environment.

The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery and productivity, with responsibility for KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and coaching operators and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production or operations in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive improvements in safety, quality and efficiency.
• Strong people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production and process operations to achieve targets.
• Ensure manufacturing plans and schedules are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Monitor KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and productivity.
• Coordinate staffing levels and resource planning.
• Identify and resolve production issues and escalate when required.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
