Senior Production Engineer - Days (Lots of Progression)

£30-40K plus pension, training, and progression opportunities
Location: Swindon

Job Overview

Are you a production engineer with an electronics background, seeking technical training on state-of-the-art equipment and opportunities to advance into management? This day-based role offers ongoing technical progression and training.

Responsibilities

1. Build, test, and inspect products through the design and manufacturing stages.
2. Problem solve and focus on process improvements throughout projects.
3. Provide engineering support across departments by identifying and implementing improvements to meet production targets.
4. Take initial designs from concept to manufacture.
5. Develop and implement process improvements.
6. Monitor production to ensure specifications are met.
7. Schedule, plan work, and maintain records.

Candidate Requirements

• Electronics background, ideally HND or above.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing engineering environments.

Additional Details

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
