Job summary

ReeVR Talent in Reading is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to take ownership of how products are manufactured, tested and scaled from development into repeatable production. You will work closely with Engineering, Production and Quality to solve problems and improve processes.

This is a genuinely hands-on role focused on shaping production methods, with the opportunity to influence on-floor decisions and drive tangible improvements across the manufacturing chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in bringing complex products from development into production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, testing and calibration processes is valuable.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is advantageous.

SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER | Reading | Full Time, Permanent

Production Engineering. NPI. Scale-up. Complex products.

If you're a Production, Manufacturing or NPI Engineer who enjoys taking technically complex products from development into reliable, repeatable production, this could be a great next move.

This isn't about maintaining an existing process, it's about shaping it.

You’ll have real ownership of how products are manufactured, tested and scaled, working closely with Engineering, Production and Quality to solve problems and make things better.

THE ROLE | You'll be involved across:

• NPI and production scale-up
• Equipment, automation and test solutions
• DFM / DFA and design improvements
• Assembly, test and calibration methods
• Root cause analysis & technical problem-solving
• Improving efficiency, reliability and repeatability
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality & Production
• Providing technical guidance across the production team

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR? | You might currently be a:

What's important is that you can work with complex products, solve manufacturing problems and help move products from prototype/development into repeatable production.

Experience with some of the following would be valuable:

• Manufacturing or Production Engineering
• Test, measurement or calibration
• Complex electrical, electronic or electromechanical products

An engineering degree or equivalent technical background would be advantageous.
