Job summary

InnoLas is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in the UK with an electrical/electronic background to design, produce and program electrical panels, modules, lasers and machines. The role starts in Rugby for ~6 months, then moves to Blaby, Leicestershire, with a strong emphasis on safe, standards-compliant electrical design.

Senior Production Engineer

Rugby / Blaby, Leicestershire | Full Time | £40,000-£50,000 per annum

Our client is a leading UK-based laser manufacturer, renowned for developing innovative solid‑state laser equipment and technology for industrial and scientific users. With applications ranging from drilling and cutting of aerospace metals through to welding, holography, optical damage measurements and plasma diagnostics.

The Role

As a Senior Production Engineer, you will have an electrical/electronic engineering background and proven industry experience. You will be involved in the design, production and programming of electrical equipment, panels, modules, lasers and machines.

The role will initially be based at their site in Rugby for approximately six months, before relocating to Blaby, Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and laying out electrical panels

What We're Looking For
