Job summary

Burendo in Leeds is seeking a Principal Product Consultant to lead the development and evolution of client digital products and platforms. You will set strategic direction for portfolios, manage roadmaps and resourcing, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

You will embed modern product management practices, champion agile and product thinking, and mentor delivery teams to drive transformation and measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have consultancy experience with a track record of leading large-scale transformations or digital product programmes.
• Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and translating business goals into product outcomes.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy and enable product-led organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of client digital products and platforms as Burendo’s senior representative on the account.
• Set the strategic direction for product portfolios and programmes, aligning them to objectives and customer needs.
• Manage roadmaps, investment priorities and resourcing with data-driven portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor at C-suite level, influencing complex product and technology decisions.
• Embed modern product management practices and champion Agile and product thinking.
• Mentor and develop product and delivery professionals, building capability within Burendo.
