Capgemini in the UK is seeking a Product Management Consultant to shape and transform digital products for leading organisations. You will work at the heart of transformation programmes, turning strategy and user insight into product visions, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

You'll collaborate across disciplines, mentor colleagues, and contribute to building Capgemini's product-management community, while delivering client value through hybrid delivery across offices, client sites, and home.

Formación

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Consultant in industry or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern product development practices.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating workshops and navigating ambiguity.
• User-first mindset balanced with data-driven decision making and commercial thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead products through their lifecycle from discovery to launch and growth.
• Turn user insights and strategic objectives into compelling visions, roadmaps, and backlogs.
• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and operations to deliver digital experiences.
• Use data, feedback, and market trends to measure success and inform decisions.
• Influence stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes across teams.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to Capgemini’s product-management community.
