Causeway Group in Gerrards Cross offers a Project Manager role in a hybrid setup. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate between stakeholders and PMO, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality goals across the build lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has PRINCE2 qualifications, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a software/tech environment. This role emphasizes governance, reporting, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• High standards of professionalism, focused on quality in all aspects of project delivery.
• Experience of technical software and hardware implementation projects.
• Self-directed, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute and able to balance trade-offs for successful delivery.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, controlling scope, timelines, and quality.
• Collaborate with sponsors to define success criteria and monitor progress.
• Oversee process compliance, risk, governance, documentation, and change control.
• Own and resolve project risks and issues with timely action.
• Provide forecasts and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and third-party providers.
• Ensure smooth transition of new projects into support (internal or external).
• Coordinate sprints, stakeholder meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Drive continuous improvement across project and portfolio management.
