Outset in London is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Partner to work with enterprise customers across the UK and Europe, collaborating with Account Directors, researchers, and GTM and engineering teams in the US.

You will have real autonomy, managing recruitment, study readiness and customer questions with ownership from day one, shaping how the world’s largest brands run research with AI.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years' experience in research operations, market research, fieldwork or panel management, expert networks, consulting, or an adjacent field.
• Hands-on experience with participant recruitment, ideally across global markets
• Experience with client-facing work and managing and communicating with external stakeholders
• The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy. You make sound decisions without waiting for sign-off, and you know when to escape.
• Experience building or improving processes, not just following them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can adapt your message for audiences from insights leaders to engineers.
• You pick up complex software quickly and can explain it simply to non-technical users.
• Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Nice to have: additional European languages.

• Create best-practice guides and help center content.
• Act as the team's eyes and ears in the UK.

• Bring commercial awareness to your accounts.
