Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Product Security Analyst for a 12-month contract based in Barrow. You will work as part of the Product Security team to deliver security engineering activities and ensure alignment with programme plans.

The role demands strong IA and product security knowledge within a regulated defence/aerospace context, with responsibility for security cases, risk management and stakeholder engagement across the platform program.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Information Assurance and Product Security within complex engineered systems.
• Experience within large scale, highly regulated programmes (defence, aerospace).
• Working knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle and design assurance processes.
• Proven experience delivering security cases and managing information risk.
• Experience engaging with and assuring supplier deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Product Security engineering activities in line with the programme plans.
• Lead development of Interim and Final Security Cases across defined programme phases.
• Manage IA Technical Queries (TQs) and formal communications in line with processes.
• Plan and report progress, risks, and milestones to governance bodies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor the PMS Product Security team and drive improvements.
