Job summary

RINA is seeking a Senior Product Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join our UK Regulatory Compliance team. The role focuses on navigating RoHS, REACH, POPs and related regulations for a diverse product range across electrical, medical, defence, aerospace, energy and more.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you’ll lead projects through the full compliance life cycle, engage clients, draft technical documents, and represent the firm at conferences. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline or law.
• At least 5 years of experience in product compliance and regulatory work.
• Strong understanding of REACH, RoHS and similar regulations.
• Experience with chemicals legislation and related product areas.
• Demonstrable experience managing compliance projects through their life cycle.
• Eligible to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality regulatory and strategic advice.
• Draft technical documentation, reports and regulatory assessments.
• Advise clients on product compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
• Research and assess evidence to demonstrate compliance across products.
• Manage projects to deliver within cost and timeframes and escalate risks.
• Peer review deliverables and run webinars/training.
• Foster client relationships and identify new opportunities for BD.
